The Central Fine Collection Agency (CJIB) is an implementing organization of the Dutch Ministry of Justice. The agency's tasks include the collection of fines for traffic fines imposed by the Court and proposals for out-of-court settlement of fixed penalties from the police and the prosecution service as a means to avoid further criminal proceedings. |
